While using Our Service, We do **NOT** require You to provide Us with any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or phone number) for the primary functionality of the App. The App functions primarily **offline** and processes your photos locally on your device.
#### Photos and Media
PhotoTidy requires access to your device’s photo gallery (`READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` or storage permissions). This access is strictly used to:
1. Display your photos within the App for you to review.
2. Allow you to delete photos you select.
**We do NOT upload your photos to any external server.** All photo processing and deletion happens locally on your device.
### Google Play Billing
The App uses Google Play Billing for subscription services. Google may collect information (such as billing address and payment method) to process your payments. This information is handled directly by Google and is subject to [Google’s Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not store your payment information.
### Usage Data and Analytics
The App does not natively collect usage data or analytics. However, the App is distributed via the Google Play Store, which may collect diagnostic information (like crash logs) to help Us improve the App.
## Data Retention
Since We do not collect Personal Data or Photos on our servers, We do not retain your data. Your photos remain on your device until you choose to delete them.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Since PhotoTidy works locally, your data security is largely dependent on the security of your device.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
